Chef, Owner of Le Cafe Du Lac
A native of Nice, France, David learned the art of pastry-making in Paris at a very young age. After being inspired by his grandfather, who owned cafe in the south of France, David decided to follow suit and went into the restaurant industry, working at some of the finest restaurants in Europe. In 2000, he came to the US to work in Chicago, eventually moving to Las Vegas to open one of the most highly regarded restaurants, Guy Savoy, located at Caesar's Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. After decades of experience learning the industry and fine tuning his skills, David is excited finally have his own cafe where can bring all of his experience back to his roots and offer simple french cuisine against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Las Vegas.
